Beneath the restaurant’s vaulted ceilings, you’ll find a distinctly Burgundian elegance. At lunchtime, Château de Saulon offers a bistronomic interlude—more accessible and relaxed—where the Chef cooks with the seasons, favouring short supply chains and produce from the estate’s orchards.
